School Days Granola

Remember those buttery cornflake cookies from our childhood bake sales and after school snacks? I’ve turned them into a crunchy granola, added a sunny dash of orange, and baked it all with much aloha. It’s full of throwback vibes — a bit like recess in a bowl.
